A graduate of William Jewell College with a degree in Economics and Business Administration, Gary was a dual-sport athlete in soccer and swimming and a dedicated member of the Kappa Alpha Order. Having successfully operated within two prominent family enterprises—Westover Greenhouses and Williams Key Co.—he understands the complexities of commercial ownership from the inside out. Since beginning his real estate career at Westover Realty, he has evolved into a trusted broker at Realty Exchange, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial, residential, and investment portfolios.

Beyond the office, Gary is an Eagle Scout and former Scoutmaster. His background in leading High Adventure expeditions mirrors his professional philosophy: meticulous preparation, strategic navigation, and a relentless commitment to reaching the objective.
