Mr. Rhinedollar, the town’s last local blacksmith, carefully moved the structure to its current site next to his historic operational livery building, which still stands today. A historical architect notes that the home’s original glass windows likely date back to the 1700s and were brought to the area by boat via the Missouri River. The current owners had custom storm windows made to protect and preserve these windows.
